At the seminar, our speakers will give an overview of the Irish courts' approach to common disputes that can arise in the aircraft leasing industry. We will look at the court processes and culture and how they affect substantive outcomes, case law that is relevant to both lessors and lessees and highlight some insights on dispute avoidance and optimisation of outcomes.
